RV Resort Rules & Regulations

Site: Full Hookup RV’s only. Water, Sewer and 30/50 Electric offered at each site. One car per site, when car fits within the site dimensions. Vehicle Parking Pass must be displayed in the car windshield (if applicable). Additional cars may be parked in the North East corner of the Resort parking lot. Please do not park on the site next to you. Do not drive or park in the grass. Campers are expected to keep their sites clean and tidy. No generators running while at RV Resort. Oak Terrace Resort has the right to remove any RV at the owner’s expense if the site is not vacated at the scheduled time. Please secure your valuables; we are not responsible for stolen property. Maximum length of stay is 14 nights. No RV’s allowed in Resort parking lot. ALL camping equipment, vehicles and personal belongings MUST fit within the campsite boundaries.

Not Allowed on Site: Tents, Pop-ups, Truck Campers and other Non-full hookup RV’s are not permitted on Site. We reserve the right to refuse any RV and may request a photo of RV prior to arrival, at our discretion. Clotheslines, Fireworks, Golf Carts, ATV’s, Scooters, Drones, Boats/ Boat Trailers, Vehicle Maintenance/ Repairs, Vehicle Washing are not permitted on Site. No cutting or collecting of live or dead trees or underbrush allowed. No Bachelor Parties. No fixtures of permanent nature allowed (ie: No decks to be built around camping unit, no garden decorations to be displayed, etc…). It is unlawful to remove, destroy deface or dig on any Resort property. This includes attaching any objects such as ropes to trees.

Trash: Take advantage of our courtesy trash pickup, place your secured trash bags beside your site entrance between 10:00am – 11:00am. Do not put trash out after 11:00am. Do not leave trash out overnight. Our dumpster is located at the north end of the Resort parking lot if you need to dispose of trash after pickup.

Speed Limit: For the safety of everyone, our speed limit is 5 MPH at the RV Resort. Licensed drivers only.

Pet policy: We are a pet friendly RV Resort, but pets must be walked on a leash in designated areas, cleaned up after and may not disturb other Guests or Property Owners. Pets are the responsibility of the owner and may not be tethered outside unattended. Pets are NOT permitted Inside Buildings, at or around the Resort Common Areas, Activity Areas, Hotel or Condos. Pet Owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet waste in trash receptacles. Pets that damage Resort resources and/or are noisy, vicious, dangerous, disturbing or intimidating other persons will be considered nuisances and will not be permitted to remain in the Resort. Pets may not interfere with the peace and quiet of other Guests or Property Owners. No aggressive pets allowed. FAILURE to abide by any of these rules and requirements may result in the camper being asked to board the pet or check out of the campground.

Fishing: Catch & release only. No live bait. No swimming in lake. Fish from boat dock or from rented boat only.

Supervision: All children under the age of 18 are the full responsibility of the parent/adult to whom the site is registered. Children under 16 are not allowed in the workout area without supervision.

Camp Fires: Fire ring provided based on weather conditions.  Please understand safety is our top priority, fire pits may be removed due to wind or falling dry leaves.  Please do not move ring from designated area.

Registered Guests: The maximum number of persons at each RV site at any time is 6 persons. This includes guests who are staying in the RV and those who are Day Visitors. All Adult Guests must register at the Front Desk. Up to 2 Adults (ages 18+) and up to 4 kids are included in your reservation. Additional fees will apply for more than 2 Adults per site.

Boats: Boats can be reserved at the golf shop. All persons renting boats must use life preservers. The boats should not be overloaded beyond their capacity. No privately owned boats or watercraft are allowed.

Outdoor Pool area: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. NO DIVING. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the pool without an adult. Babies & Toddlers MUST be in swim diapers in the pool area. No glass, pets, bicycles, or skateboards allowed in the Pool Areas. Seasonal Hours – see Front Desk for availability.

Photography & Filming: commercial photography and filming activities are often conducted at Oak Terrace Resort & Spa. You, your relatives, or your guests may appear in resulting photos, films and videos which may be used in conjunction with advertising or other activities. Entry into the Resort and/or RV Resort constitutes your consent for Beyers Lake Estates, Inc. (d/b/a Oak Terrace Resort) to use any pictures, films or videos of you, your relatives, or your guests without payment.

General: Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, or possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated at any time. The staff at Oak Terrace Resort shall have cause to remove any guest who, while on the premise, 1. Disturbs the peace and comfort of other campers or Property Owners. 2. Causes harm to the physical establishment. 2. Fails to make the posted fee for their site.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, you must notify the property at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged in full - NO REFUNDS - NO RAINCHECKS

Disclaimer: By accepting a reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Beyers Lake Estates, Inc. (d/b/a Oak Terrace Resort) for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests' use of the RV Resort and Resort Amenities. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Beyers Lake Estates, Inc. (d/b/a Oak Terrace Resort) from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys' fees, that Beyers Lake Estates, Inc. (d/b/a Oak Terrace Resort) may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests' use of the RV Resort and Resort Amenities. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group.
